Thank you very much for your kind thoughts and prayers. I am currently on convalescent leave [after being shot and wounded in Afghanistan]. The Marine Corps was kind enough to allow me to be seen here in Ohio because my wife is 32 weeks pregnant. Medically I am doing very well, and your prayers about the severity of my wounds were answered. The round I took thankfully did not hit any organs or major arteries, so I am blessed.
Thank you again for your concern, thoughts, and prayers.
Please also pray for the families of our warriors. While their loved ones are physically deployed in service to our country, family members are emotionally deployed. 
Please pray continually for the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of all our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines and their families. The Lord will protect and encourage our warriors if we faithfully pray for them.
